Agent Management Team Lead (Code: AMTL)
JOB SUMMARY
The Agent Management Team Lead (AMTL) will be responsible for leading the Agent’s Management unit to administer the agent’s recruitment, maintenance, and termination. AMTL will oversee directing the Agents in achieving the assigned sales target. The AMTL will be a self-starter with strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success in sales and the ability to motivate and coach the agents.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
- Bachelors/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably 2-3 years’ work experience specializing in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Financial Services or equivalent.
- Self-starter and Hardworking
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent sales and market analytical skills.
- With Good oral & written communication skills
- Diligent, honest, meticulous, and organized
- Must have a strong personality and proven leadership skills
- Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
