Senior Developer (Code: Sr. Dev)

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for designing, testing, and implementing new and updated software programs. Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements, preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science field or equivalent
  • With working experience in developing websites, web applications, web services, or mobile applications.
  • Experience in Object-Oriented design and programming skills.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript frameworks.

Product Development Supervisor (Code: PROD DEV)

JOB SUMMARY

The Product Development Supervisor is responsible for the over-all development, management, promotion, and acceptance of the Association’s various Electronic Channels primarily the PSSLAI Bilis Online and Bilis Mobile Facilities. Oversees all projects, activities and programs under the product management sub-unit of PDMC. Assists in developing, evaluating, enhancing, managing  all electronic channels of the Association and be able to deliver the best in member experience and journey using digital channels and will help improve loan application experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Training and experience in product development particularly on electronic or digital channels.

JOB SUMMARY

Performs activities that involve selling, customer service as well as the overall management of sales through reports generation (from lead generation, promotional marketing to closing of deals). Other activities include research and product/services development that are suitable to the particular needs of PSSLAI’s clientele. Coordinates and works with the support teams in the regional offices as well as the Head Office for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with PSSLAI’s vision and values.

Contact Center Coordinator (Code: Contact Center)

JOB SUMMARY

The Contact Center Coordinator shall be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, emails and text messages from the members and agents of the association in loan assessments. The position is also responsible for the handling of Field Agents of Non-Voice Support, TextBlast and outbound calls in a timely manner. They also promote and advise PSSLAI members on the products and services offered by the Association as well as handle all customer loan related inquiries and ensure that the products and services provided by the Association is efficiently delivered to all concerned.

The Customer Service Assistant – Relievers (MSA-Relievers) performs the same functions as that of a MSA-Region but has not permanent assigned region.  The MSA-Reliever is primarily responsible for performing the duties of a MSA-Region who will be on an indefinite or extended leave so as to provide continuous service to members of the region.

The IT Audit Associate is responsible for reviewing and assessing PSSLAI's financials, processes, controls, and practices, as well as related procedures according to the yearly audit plans to provide the Head of the Audit Department objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the Association’s operations. The internal auditor shall perform management, information systems and technologies, financial and security audits in all locations of the Association to review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's/College    Degree    ,    Computer    Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
  • With recognized professional designation, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is a plus

The Identity and Access Management Administrator provides a secure, coordinated, efficient, enterprise wide IAM Services to enable strong and effective protection of the Association’s information assets and ensure IT access is in line with business need. It also ensures that the right people and job roles (identities) can access the tools they need to do their jobs.

  • +2years experience in Identity Access Management
  • +2 years’ experience with computer network on-prem and cloud systems and infrastructure.
  • Knowledgeable with IAM tools in the market.
  • With experience in federation, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication; network
  • access control; privileged account management; and key encryption.
  • Experience with access governance is a plus.
