JOB SUMMARY
The Product Development Supervisor is responsible for the over-all development, management, promotion, and acceptance of the Association’s various Electronic Channels primarily the PSSLAI Bilis Online and Bilis Mobile Facilities. The Contact Center Coordinator shall be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, emails and text messages from the members and agents of the association in loan assessments. The position is also responsible for the handling of Field Agents of Non-Voice Support, TextBlast and outbound calls in a timely manner. They also promote and advise PSSLAI members on the products and services offered by the Association as well as handle all customer loan related inquiries and ensure that the products and services provided by the Association is efficiently delivered to all concerned.

The IT Audit Associate is responsible for reviewing and assessing PSSLAI's financials, processes, controls, and practices, as well as related procedures according to the yearly audit plans to provide the Head of the Audit Department objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the Association’s operations.
