Program Management Head (Code: PMD)

JOB SUMMARY

The Head of Program Management Department will be responsible for providing strong leadership and expertise to drive the teams to execute on program deliverables and initiatives required meeting the goals of the organization. This role will work in collaboration with colleagues and management to ensure the objectives associated with Corporate and team goals are met successfully. This role will interface with all functional areas of the organization, establish program management processes, and support the integrated planning efforts within the organization.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics

  • Experience in project management with the ability to develop clear action plans and execute
  • PMP certification beneficial but not required
  • Strong leader with a minimum of 5-7 years of program management experience in financial industry
  • Experience in developing and leading high-performance cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes with internal and external teams
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated team building and leadership skills
  • Experience managing multiple complex programs and demonstrated adeptness with dynamic prioritization of deliverables and resources

Actuarial and Risk Management Officer (Code: ACTUARIAL)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the actuarial lead in financial modeling work including valuation, pricing, trending, and forecast.
  • Work closely with Business Analytics, Continuity, and Actuarial Risk Management Head in analyzing financial consequences of business risks.
  • Use mathematics, statistics and financial theories to study underlying uncertain future events in the Association, and to come up with sustainable management information system design for the Association.
  • Analyze business of financial data
  • Develop financial analysis methods for the Association
  • Provide statistical modeling advice to other departments
  • Advise others on analytical techniques
  • Update professional knowledge
  • Research and create contingencies for the business pertinent to current market situation/status
  • Assists Head in formulating/crafting excel/macros tools to support business requirements.
  • Assists Head in crafting/documenting/preparing business strategies and business contingencies
  • Assists Head in documenting business continuity management and risk management process and activities
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics

  • Must be a graduate of Actuarial Science or any Finance/Business-related course.
  • Must have 2-3 years of work experience in any Actuarial, Risk, or Business Development or Business Analytics Position.
  • Must have a strong background in mathematics and statistics
  • Must have general knowledge in business and finance
  • Must have familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, statistical analysis programs, and/or programming languages
  • Must be well-adept in MS Excel and Macros
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills when preparing reports and giving presentations

Product Development Supervisor (Code: PROD DEV)

JOB SUMMARY

The Product Development Supervisor is responsible for the over-all development, management, promotion, and acceptance of the Association’s various Electronic Channels primarily the PSSLAI Bilis Online and Bilis Mobile Facilities. Oversees all projects, activities and programs under the product management sub-unit of PDMC. Assists in developing, evaluating, enhancing, managing  all electronic channels of the Association and be able to deliver the best in member experience and journey using digital channels and will help improve loan application experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Training and experience in product development particularly on electronic or digital channels.

JOB SUMMARY

Performs activities that involve selling, customer service as well as the overall management of sales through reports generation (from lead generation, promotional marketing to closing of deals). Internal Audit Assistant (Code: IAA)

JOB SUMMARY

The Internal Audit Assistant is responsible for reviewing and assessing PSSLAI's financials, processes, controls and practices, as well as related procedures according to the yearly audit plans to provide the Head of the Audit Department objective assurance and consulting activity   designed   to   add   value   and   improve   the   Association's operations. The internal auditor shall perform management, information systems and technologies, financial and security audits in all locations of the Association to review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • With recognized professional designation, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is a plus

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of database. More particularly in the designing, testing, planning, implementing, protecting, operating, managing and maintaining of all the databases of the Association.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science field or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience operating, administering, managing and tuning of relational databases: Microsoft SQL,IBM DB2,MySQL, MariaDB and MongoDB databases
  • 3+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, and related technologies especially with troubleshooting production systems.
  • Strong understanding of database optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot SQL performance issues in an on-premise or cloud production environments.
  • Experience with data replication, high availability, and ETL tools and techniques.
  • Must be detail oriented, task driven, and have excellent communications skills.
  • Good understanding of data and schema standards and concepts.
  • Good understanding of database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance
