The promo is open to all PSSLAI members who avail of loans during the promo period, subject to the following:

• Applicable to all loan products of PSSLAI
• Open to both new and renewal loan borrowers 

Promo Period: March 16, 2026 to July 3, 2026.

Mechanics:

1. Borrowers who avail of any PSSLAI loan product during the promo period, with no minimum loan amount and no minimum loan term required, shall be entitled to earn one (1) e-raffle entry for every approved loan account. Thus, two (2) loan accounts = two (2) e-raffle entries, thereby increasing their chances of winning. 
2. The e-raffle draws will be conducted on the following dates:
   1. July 10, 2026 (via Livestream): Major and Minor Prizes
   2. July 11, 2026 (during PSSLAI’s 23rd Anniversary event): Grand Prizes
3. Prizes to be raffled off are as follows:

4. PSSLAI reserves the right to add and announce additional e-raffle prizes during the promo period. Any additional prizes shall be announced through official PSSLAI communication channels and shall form part of these promo mechanics. 
5. A member may only win once in the Major and Minor Prize categories. In the event that a member is drawn more than once in these categories, the member shall receive the higher-value prize, and the other entry shall be redrawn. 
6. Members who have won in the Major or Minor Prize categories shall remain eligible to win the Grand Prize. 
7. Any loan cancellations on or before the intended raffle draw date shall be disqualified in the promo.  
8. Members with past-due loan accounts and loan accounts that went past-due during the promo period are automatically disqualified. 
9. The raffle prize items are not convertible to cash. 
10. If a winner prefers that the Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) of the motorcycle unit be registered under another person’s name, the winner must submit the following:
    1. Signed Authorization Letter requesting registration under another person’s name
    2. Photocopy of the winner’s valid government-issued ID
    3. Photocopy of the valid government-issued ID of the designated person to be registered in the OR/CR
    4. PSSLAI shall recognize the designated individual solely for the purposes of motorcycle registration and documentation. However, the prize shall remain officially recorded as awarded to the e-raffle winner. Additional costs, taxes, and other requirements related to the prize, shall be the responsibility of the winner. 
11. Registration of the OR/CR of all motorcycle units shall be facilitated by PSSLAI. The registration expenses shall be shouldered by PSSLAI. The winning member shall be responsible for providing all required documents needed for OR/CR registration. 
12. Prizes will be delivered or shipped to the winner’s nearest PSSLAI office. 
13. Any additional shipping and other expenses related to receiving the prizes from the member’s nearest PSSLAI office shall be shouldered by the winner.   
14. Winners must present the following when claiming their prize: 
    1. Updated PSSLAI ID 
    2. Valid government-issued ID 
    3. Member must ensure that their membership information is updated upon claiming.  
15. Personal claiming is required. If the member cannot personally claim their prize, a duly authorized representative may claim the prize on their behalf upon submission of:  
    1. Signed authorization letter from the winner  
    2. Photocopy of the winner’s valid government-issued ID  
    3. Photocopy of the representative’s valid government-issued ID  
16. Failure to claim the prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification and announcement shall result in the forfeiture of the prizes in favor of PSSLAI.  
17. By joining the promo, members authorize PSSLAI to publish and disclose their name, photograph, and relevant details on PSSLAI’s official website, social media pages, and other promotional materials for publicity purposes. 
18. Winners will be notified through the email address and contact number appearing on their membership records.  
19. All PSSLAI employees, officers, trustees, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promo. 
20. PSSLAI reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply with the promo mechanics.
