Membership Application
Ang aking yumaong asawa ay member ng PSSLAI nung siya pa ay nabubuhay. Maaari parin ba ako at ang aming mga anak na mag apply bilang associate members?
Kinakailangang endorsed ng regular member ang kaniyang asawa o anak upang sila ay maging associate members ng PSSLAI. Kung ang regular member ay yumao na at hindi nito inendorse at napa-member ang kanyang asawa o anak, sila ay hindi na maaari pang maging associate members ng asosasyon.
Paano kung namatay na ang regular member Maaari ko bang ipagpatuloy ang aking pagiging miyembro bilang Associate member?
Oo. Ang mga associate members na inendorso ng yumaong regular member ay maaaring magpatuloy ng kanilang pagiging miyembro sa Association, sa kundisyong sila ay mga miyembro na bago pa man mamatay ang Regular Member.
Member ako dati, maaari parin ba akong maging miyembro?
Maaari paring maging miyembro ng PSSLAI, sa kondisyong matugunan ang mga requirements at pamantayan para maging isang miyembro.
Paano kung may discrepancy o iba ang aking detalye sa aking Service ID?
Kung may discrepancy sa inyong Service ID, kinakailangan na ipacorrect muna ito sa inyong Finance Service para maitama ang impormasyon na nakalahad sa Alphalist.
Bakit may bayad ang PSSLAI ID at passbook?
Ang bayad para sa PSSLAI ID at passbook ay para matugunan ang kaukulang halaga ng card at ink ribbon na ginagamit sa pag imprenta ng mga ito.

Maari bang ipakuha ang PSSLAI ID at passbook sa Agent o representative?
Ang PSSLAI ID ay kailangang kunin ng miyembro samantalang maaring ipakuha ang passbook sa representative at kailangan lamang mag sumite ng authorization letter at photocopy ng valid ID mula sa miyembro at representative.
Bakit hindi pwedeng ipakuha ang PSSLAI ID sa representative?
Ito ay dahil sa mga transaksyon kung saan pwedeng magamit ang PSSLAI ID, tulad na rito ang pag gamit ng eASSIST kiosk.

Will the PSSLAI ID serve as my Certificate of Membership?
Ang PSSLAI ID o PSSLAI Membership Certificate Card ang tumatayong katibayan ng Miyembro na sila ay Miyembro ng Asosasyon.
Ano po ang password ng ID ko?
Ang default password ng ID ay ang inyong registered birthday.
Hindi ko mahanap ang aking PSSLAI Member Number. Paano ko ito maibabalik?
Bisitahin ang eUpdate portal at pumunta sa Update Member Information page at piliin ang "Forgot Member No.”

ITF
Paano pag of legal age na ang member na may ITF na account?
Kailangan personal na magpakita ang Associate Member na may ITF account at trustor para ma-update ang kanyang membership details. Kailangan lamang magsumite ng mga sumusunod:
Dalawang (2) Signature Card
Account Update Form (kailangan may pirma ang co-depositor/trustor na sumasangayon sa pag update ng membership details kung ito ay gagawing AND/OR o Single/Joint Account)

Sino-sino po ba ang pwedeng ka-joint account (AND/OR)?
(T) Ang isang miyembro ay maaaring ka-joint account ang ka-miyembro ng kanilang pamilya (Magulang - Anak/ Sa pagitan ng mag-asawa)
(E) Members can have joint accounts only with their immediate family members (Parent – Child/ between Spouses).
Ano po ang pinagkaiba ng AND/OR sa AND?
(T) Kung naka AND ang account, kailangan parehong nakapirma sa transaction slips at personal na mag transak ang dalawang account holder. Kung naka AND/OR naman ang account, kahit sino man sa dalawang account holder ang pwedeng mag transak at pumirma sa transaction slip at hindi na kailangang ang co-depositor.
(E) If it is stated as an AND account, both account holders must bear their signatures in the transaction slips and be present during the transaction. If it is stated as an AND/OR account, either of the two account holders may transact and sign on the transaction slip without the co-depositor.
Death Claims
Ano po ang requirements for death claims?
(T) Kung ang petsa ng kamatayan ng miyembro ay bago mag Enero 1, 2018, isumite ang mga sumusunod na dokumento kung ang laman ng account ay mas mababa sa Php20,000:
(E) If the date of the member’s date is before January 1, 2018, submit the following documents if the account balance is under Php 20,000:

(E) For beneficiaries of deceased members whose date of death is from January 1, 2018 and onwards, the following reduced set of requirements shall be submitted by the beneficiaries of deceased members prior to the release of their claims within one (1) year from the date of the member’s death.

(E) If the beneficiaries are not able to process the death claims within one year from date of member’s death, they shall comply with the additional BIR requirements. The total account balance shall be released to them in full after submission of the following documents:

Termination of Membership
Involuntary Death
Ano po ang mangyayari sa account ng associate kapag namatay ang regular member?
(T) Mananatiling Miyembro ng Asosasyon ang Associate Member at patuloy na makikinabang sa mga benepisyo ng pagiging isang Miyembro kahit na patay na ang Regular Member.
(E) The Associate Member will remain a Member of the Association and will continue to enjoy the benefits of being a Member even if the Regular Member is already deceased.
Ano po ang mangyayari sa laman ng account ng member kung ito ay patay na?
(T) Mula sa petsa ng pagkamatay ng miyembro, ang mga account nito ay hindi na mapagkakalooban ng dibidendo, interes, loyalty rewards o kahit ano pa mang benepisyo kahit habang isinasagawa ang pag termino ng pagiging miyembro. Ang anu pa mang balanse na natitira sa account, menos na mga kautangan, at naaangkop na buwis, ay ibibigay sa pamamagitan ng cheque at ang mga accounts ng namatay na miyembro ay isasara bago matermino ang membership nito. Ang cheke ay ibibigay lamang sa mga benepisyaryo kapag naipresenta na ang kompletong requirements para sa death claim. Pagsunod sa Tax Reform for Accelaration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law, kapag ang kamatayan ng miyembro ay mula Enero 1, 2018 at pasulong
(E) From the date of death of member, deceased member’s account/s will not be entitled to any dividend, interest, loyalty rewards or any other future benefits even during the processing period of termination of membership. Any other balances remaining in the account, less liabilities, and applicable taxes, shall be issued in the form of a check and the accounts of the deceased member shall be closed prior to membership termination. The check shall be released to the beneficiaries only upon presentation of complete requirements for death claim. In compliance to the Tax Reform for Accelaration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law, if the member’s death is from January 1, 2018 and onwards, the total death claims, regardless of amount, shall be deducted 6% withholding tax.

Account Opening
Bakit kailangan po ang pirma ng co-depositor (ka-AND o ka-AND/OR) pag magrerenew lang ng ID?
(T) Kailangang pirmahan ng co-depositor (ka-AND/OR) ang Signature Cards kapag mag rerenew ng ID o mag-uupdate ng Membership Information.
(E) The signature of the co-depositor is needed in the Signature Cards if the member will renew their ID or will update their Membership Information.
Dividends
Bakit nakahold ang dividend tuwing July?
Tuwing July, advances to members at hindi dibidendo ang naka-hold sa mga account ng miyembro. Per BSP Policy Circular 789, ang mga SLAIs ay maaari lamang magbigay ng dibidendo sa kanilang mga miyembro isang beses sa isang taon at ito ay tuwing January. Upang makatulong sa mga miyembro na makapag withdraw ng kanilang advances tuwing July, kailangan lamang nila pumirma at mag-submit ng Advances to Members Authorization (AMA) Form.
Bakit walang cash deposit ang EO?
Per BSP policy, ang mga Extension Offices (EO) ay maaari lamang tumanggap at mag-proseso ng membership application, loan application, at iba pang mga office admin tasks. Ipinagbabawal ng BSP ang pagtanggap ng cash transactions sa lahat ng EOs.

Tuwing kelan kayo nag o-offer ng scholarship?
Taon taon po ang scholarship admission at tuwing Enero hanggang Mayo ang processing ng acceptance.
Sino ang mga qualified sa scholarship?
All PSSLAI Regular Members can avail of the Scholarship Program. PNP personnel must have a minimum of five (5) years in active service to be able to qualify.
Bakit hindi pwede ang mga associate members?
As of the moment the scholarship program is currently being offered to PSSLAI Regular Members, but rest assured that in the future, equal opportunity to all members will be provided for.
Tuloy tuloy pa rin ba ang sweldo nang mga scholars?
Yes, if the scholar is under a study leave, they are entitled to receive their salaries.
Saang school at anong course? Gaano katagal ang duration ng program?
Ang scholarship po ay sa Ateneo de Manila University (Loyola School of Theology) sa ilalim ng Center for Family Ministries (CEFAM) sa kursong Professional Diploma in Family Ministries. Eto ay isasailalim sa dalawang semester kung saan tatagal ng sampung buwan ang buong kurso.
Pwede ba kami mag apply ng scholarship pero para sa ibang course o school?
Sa ngayon po ang scholarship lamang ng PSSLAI ay ang Professional Diploma in Family Ministries.
Ano ang requirements para makakuha ng donation?
Kailangan ng Letter Request, kung saan ito ay susuriin ng PSSLAI Board of Trustees kung ang donation ay aprubado o hindi. Bagamat tungkulin ng PSSLAI na matulungan ang lahat ng Miyembro, layunin naming magbigay loob at tuunan ang mga lugar o Units na may nangangailangan nito bilang balik pasasalamat sa pagsuporta nila sa PSSLAI
Sino-sino ba ang qualified sa financial assistance?
Lahat ng Miyembro ay kwalipikadong makakuha ng financial assistance. Ito ay nahahati sa tatlong klaseng financial assistance: Killed in action (KIA), Wounded in action (WIA), at Death of a Member. Ang mga kwalipikado na makakakuha ng financial assistance ay ang mga KIA o WIA na PNP, BFP at BJMP personnel (member o non-member) maaaring sila ay nasugatan o namatay habang nasa oras ng pakikipaglaban dahil sa kalaban o sa pagsagip ng buhay.
May makukuha bang financial assistance ang namatay na miyembro mula sa PSSLAI?
Oo, basta Miyembro ng PSSLAI, mabibigyan ng financial assistance ng P5,000.
Loans
Meron ba kayong 5 yrs na loan term?
Oo, it ay ang aming Salary Loan, Emergency Loan, Universal Loan, at Vehicle Loan.
May housing loan po ba kayo?
Sa kasalukuyan ang aming Housing Loan ay ekslusibo lamang para sa mga kumuha ng Condominium Units mula sa The Sentinel Residences na pagmamayari ng Monolith Construction and Development Corporation, sapagkat ito ay isang partnership na para sa mga Miyembro ng PSSLAI. Bagaman, patuloy na sinusuri ng PSSLAI ang produkto nito para mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang lahat ng Miyembro.
May promo po ba kayo para mababa ang loan interes?
May mga produkto po tayong maitatawag na special low interest loans. Ito po ay ang ating AFFORDALOAN. Ito ay maaring i-avail hanggang P60,000 na may loan term na 36 months at kahit kailan pwedeng ma-avail. Inaakyat ng PSSLAI ang halagang pwedeng mautang sa produktong ito tuwing may kalamidad, tinatawag itong Calamity Loan. Bakit may mga agent na nanghihingi ng tip bukod sa agents fee?
Ito po ay hindi pinahihintulutan ng opisina ng PSSLAI. Ang pagbibigay ng tip bukod sa agent’s fee ay ipinauubaya namin sa miyembro.

Kailan magiging available ang non-collateralized car loan?
Ang non-collateralized car loan ay isa sa pinag aaralang produkto ng PSSLAI. Aming aabisuhan ang lahat ng miyembro pagkalunsad ng produktong ito.
Required ba ang down payment?
Hindi required ang Down payment, ito ay desisyon ng kliente kung mag lalagay ito ng down payment sa dealer na pag bibilan ng sasakyan.

Nag transfer ako from my PSSLAI account to PNB, bakit hindi naman pumasok sa PNB ATM ko?
May mga pagkakataong hindi agad pumapasok sa PNB ATM ang halagang inyong inilipat mula sa inyong deposit account. Ito ay dahil sa system upgrade na ginawa ng PNB. Sa mga ganitong pagkakataon, mangyari lamang na tumawag sa aming Customer Hotline.
Bakit hindi agad nag rereply ang iTrack?
Ang ating iTrack ay kasalukuyang nakakonekta sa isang tinatawag na UNICODE o 4 digit number. May mga pagkakataong napakarami ng pumapasok na inquiry sa ating sistema at ito ay isa isang sinasagot.
Bakit mali-mali ang ML code na ipinapadala ng inyong system?
Ang ML code na inyong tinatanggap ay maaaring hindi na magmatch sa system ng Mlhuillier, ito ay nangyayari kapag ang ating miyembro ay nagpapadala ng sunod sunod na text para sa kaparehong transaksyon.
Para saan ang mga transfer fee na ibinabawas sa amin?
Ang transfer fees ay charges ng remittance center at ng banko.
Bakit iba-iba ang charges ng mobile banking?
ML is classified as a remittance company thus, charges are higher than a Bank. PNB is a bank and is also our drawee bank. Thus, we were able to negotiate for a lower rate. This is the main reason why the price of a remittance company is not the same as the bank.
Bakit kailangan purely regular load ang ginagamit tuwing magtatransact kami? E kapag may unli at nagtext kami nagse-send naman at nababawasan pa ang regular load.
Ang pag access sa isang short code tulad ng 5656 ay nagchacharge ng P2.50 kada transaksyon. Ito ay singil ng Telephone Company (TELCO) na nagmamay ari ng short code. Kung ang inyong load ay naka promo o tinatawag na unliload, ang TELCO ay hindi po makakabawas sa inyong load kaya ito po ay hindi ninyo magagamit.
Bakit inalis ang mobile app?
Ang PSSLAI Mobile App ay inalis ng PSSLAI dahil ito ay nangangailangan pa ng access sa wifi o mobile data.
Bakit hindi pwedeng i-rehistro ang postpaid/plan na simcard?
Para sa mga subscriber na postpaid plan ang balak gamitin para sa iTrack, mangyari lamang na alamin kung pinapayagan ng inyong plan ang pagkonekta sa 4 digit numbers. Maaaring nakablock ang inyong plan sa pag-access ng Value Added Service para hindi kayo mabawasan ng P2.50 kada transaksyon.
Bakit wala man lang abiso kung offline ang iTRACK? Sana man lang may reply na offline ito sa tuwing kami ay mag tetext.

Magkano ang maximum na pwedeng mawithdraw sa PNB ATM/OTC at ML per day/transaction?
Para sa PNB ATM, P50,000 per day withdrawal lamang ang maaaring gawin (PNB policy) pero maaaring mag transfer mula sa inyong account papuntang PNB ATM ng P100,000.
Para sa PNB OTC/ML OTC, maximum na maaaring iwithdraw ay P500,000

Paano kung nalimutan ang username o password?
Kung nakalimutan mo ang iyong username o password, pindutin ang icon na "Forgot Username or Password" sa PSSLAI Bilis Online o PSSLAI Bilis Mobile App.
Piliin at pindutin ang tamang option para sa iyo (nakalimutan ang username o nakalimutan ang password) at ibigay ang kinakailangang impormasyon.

Paano mag apply ng PSSLAI VISA Card?
All members of PSSLAI are eligible to avail the PSSLAI VISA card provided the following:
Must be 18 years old and above
Must not have any past-due accounts with PSSLAI
Must have an updated membership file with the Association - mahalaga na may updated contact number at email address para matanggap ang PSSLAI VISA card application sa system
Must be the principal account holder (For joint and or and/or accounts)

Members who would like to apply for their own PSSLAI Visa card can do so via the PSSLAI Bilis Online facility at https://bilisonline.psslai.com (Must register to the Bilis Online facility to apply for a card).
Maaaring mag apply sa PSSLAI Bilis Online facility at https://bilisonline.psslai.com (Kailangan mag rehistro muna ng account sa Bilis Online para makapag apply ng VISA Card).
A member is entitled to 1 card only whose variant will be based on the level of total deposit of the member in the Association during the time of application. Isang card lang ang maaaring makuha ng member base sa total deposit level nito sa Asosasyon sa panahon ng pag apply nito.

PSSLAI Visa Card is valid for 5 years from issuance. Ang PSSLAI VISA Card ay valid for 5 years mula sa pag issue nito.

Members who would like to renew their PSSLAI Visa card can do so via accessing the PSSLAI Bilis Online facility. Shall follow the procedures on card application and issuance. Maaaring irenew ang card sa PSSLAI Bilis Online facility. Susundan lamang muli ang procedure sa pag apply ng bagong card application at issuance nito.
Kung nawala ang PSSLAI Visa Card, ano ang kailangan gawin? Magkano ang replacement ng Visa Card?
Email visamarketing@psslai.com to report lost card so PSSLAI can unlink. Visit any PSSLAI Office to reapply (P150 for card reissuance). Email visamarketing@psslai.com para ireport ang nawawalang card para ma-unlink ito ni PSSLAI. Pumunta sa kahit saang PSSLAI Office para mag re-apply (P150 ang bayad para sa pag re-issue ng card).
Maaari bang ipa-customized/palagyan ng pangalan ang Visa Card?
PSSLAI Visa Card comes in two (2) general card types that the member can choose from:

Generic Card – can be issued and claimed at any PSSLAI office as soon as the card application has been approved in the system. Maaari itong makuha agad sa kahit saang PSSLAI office as soon as maapprove ang card application ng member.

Ano ang basehan nito nang pag issue ng PSSLAI VISA Card?
Members who will apply for a PSSLAI Visa card will be issued with a specific card level type corresponding to their total deposit level during the time of application. Ang miyembro na mag a-apply ng PSSLAI VISA card ay mabibigyan base sa total deposit level nito sa Asosasyon sa panahon ng pag apply nito.
Total deposit level per card type is as follows:

Automatic upgrading during card renewal if total deposit during the time of renewal meets the next level tier. Card renewal fees shall be applied. Automatic na ma-upgrade ang card ng isang miyembro kung ang total deposit level nito ay nasa susunod na level tier na sa panahon ng kanyang pag renew ng card. Sisingilin ang miyembro ng Card renewal fees na nagakakahalaga ng P150.
Upon request of the member subject to card issuance fees. Approval of said request shall be subjected to review of the member’s total deposit level during the time of request. Maaaring maupgrade sa pag request ng miyembro, ngunit kailangan nitong magbayad ng Card renewal fee na nagkakahalaga ng P150. Ang approval ng request na ito ay base parin sa total deposit level ng miyembro sa panahon ng pag request nito.
Downgrading of the card type to the next level will automatically be implemented during card renewal based on the member’s total deposit level during renewal. Corresponding card renewal fees shall be applied. Automatic na downgraded ang card sa susunod na level kung ang total deposit level nito ay hindi na ayon sa level ng card sa panahon ng pag renew nito. Mayroong P150 na card renewal fees ito.
Maaari bang deposituhan ang PSSLAI Visa Card? Ano ang kailangang gawin para mapondohan ang PSSLAI Visa Card?
The PSSLAI VISA Card, being a prepaid card, requires having a pre-loaded fund prior to card usage for either a purchase payment, fund transfer, withdrawal among other things. Funds for the PSSLAI VISA Card can be loaded via the following channels: Dahil prepaid card ang PSSLAI VISA Card, kailangan may fund ito bago magamit either sa pag bili, fund transfer, withdraw, o ano pa man. Maaari itong loadan mula sa mga sumusunod:
Loan proceeds can be credited to the account

Magkano ang daily maximum withdrawal limit?
All types of PSSLAI Visa Card shall have the following card limits based on the current agreement with UBP. These are subject to changes but would need prior approval from both parties and notification prior to implementation. Paano i-activate ang PSSLAI Visa Card?
Card activation shall be through the member’s access to the PSSLAI Bilis Online facility. Maaaring i-activate ang card mula sa PSSLAI Bilis Online account ng miyembro.
Ano ang kailangang gawin kung gustong ipa-terminate/cancel ang PSSLAI Visa Card?
Members who would like to voluntarily terminate or cancel their PSSLAI Card can do so by submitting a letter request to the Head Office c/o MMRCD, Branch or any Satellite Office nationwide addressed to Product Development and Marketing Communications Department. Submission of card termination requests at any UBP Branch is not allowed. Maaari pa bang gamitin ang PSSLAI Visa Card kung terminated na ang PSSLAI membership?
Yes, card (if with funds) can still be used for payments but cannot be accessed via the PSSLAI Bilis Online facility. Oo, ang card na may laman ay maaari paring magamit para sa pag bayad ngunit at hindi na ma-aaccess mula sa PSSLAI Bilis Online facility.
Ano ang kailangang gawin kapag nakalimutan ang PIN ng PSSLAI Visa Card?
Mag hintay ng 24 hours pag nalock ang card. Kung after 24 hours at hindi parin magamit ang card, kailangan na itong palitan ng bago.
What is my Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
EON will give you a 6-digit initial or temporary PIN Activation Code for your EON Visa card number, and you need to change this when you activate your card at any branch of UnionBank. Please keep this confidential and DO NOT share it with anyone as it will also serve as your PIN for your card transactions.
What should I do if my Visa Card is blocked?

How to withdraw using EON Visa card?
You can withdraw at any ATMs near you. But you cannot withdraw over-the-counter at UnionBank branches.
Is there a maintaining balance or annual card fee charged?
Your EON Visa card comes with an EON account that you can use to transact. It's not necessary to maintain balance and in collaboration with PSSLAI and UnionBank there are also no annual fees charged.
How to cash-in using my EON account?
If you want to cash-in to your EON account, you may visit UnionBank near your or visit selected Pera Hub branches.
Is there a limit in my EON account?
The available balance on your EON account cannot exceed to PhP 5,000 in 1 month. Same as your deposit or cash-in. To avoid inconvenience, the best way is not to deposit or don’t cash-in to your EON account .
If you want a higher limit, please do the following as shown below:
Download the EON Bank PH app and register using your EON Visa card. Make sure that your name, day and place of your birth is entered correctly. Sa EON Bank PH app, you have to request to upgrade your EON account.
Once your EON account has been upgraded,the balance of your EON account can now reach up to PhP 100,000. Your deposit or cash-in to your account can also reach up to PhP 100,000 a month.

Here's how to load your EON card through 7-Eleven:
Look for the CLiQQ kiosk.
Tap "E-Money". Search and select "EON".
Enter your Reference Number.
Get the receipt and pay at the counter. There is a charge of Php 10 for every Php 500 you cash in.
After paying, the funds will be credited to your account. Then, your're done!
Don't forget to go to your chosen 7-Eleven branch on the same day to avoid the expiration of your Reference Number.
Here's how to load your EON card through UnionBank:
Go to your preferred UnionBank branch.
Get a Bills Payment slip.
Fill out the Bills Payment slip.
Submit the Bills Payment slip along with your payment at the counter (additional Php 10 transaction fee for EON Starter, Lite, Plus, and Pro accounts; no transaction fee for EON Cyber).
Get your receipt and that's it! Your cash will be credited to your EON account.
