Promo Mechanics: 

Borrowers who will avail of a vehicle through any PSSLAI loan product within the promo period will receive the following: 

Vehicle Purchase Options (Accredited & Non-accredited Dealers)   

1. Borrowers may avail of a vehicle from any brand, any dealer, or even an individual seller, regardless if it is brand new or pre-owned, accredited or not accredited. 

2. To proceed with the loan, borrower must submit either: 

   1. A quotation from their preferred dealer, or 

   2. A Contract of Sale if purchasing from an individual seller 

These documents will serve as the basis for determining the loanable amount. 

Important Features on vehicle availment through any PSSLAI loan (Salary, Pension, or Back-to-Back Loan): 

• No downpayment required 

• If member prefers to pay a downpayment, they shall do so directly to the dealer or seller, and avail the remaining balance under any PSSLAI loan product 

• No chattel mortgage 

• Brand new or pre-owned vehicles are allowed 

• Any brand, any dealer, any seller is allowed (accredited or non-accredited) 

• The OR/CR will be registered under the borrower’s name or their declared registrant 

• If borrower will register the vehicle to another person's name, the borrower must inform processor and dealer/seller through a letter 

Claiming Guidelines 

1. Claiming of Petron E-Fuel Cards and Sodexo Gift Certificates begins on December 1, 2025. 

2. Freebies must be claimed from PSSLAI Branches, Satellite Offices, or Account Representatives. 

3. Borrowers must present an updated PSSLAI ID and ensure their membership information is updated upon claiming. 

4. A member-borrower is entitled to receive one (1) set of freebies per vehicle availed. 

   Example: Member avails 1 SUV + 1 Motorcycle, thus, member receives ₱4,000 + ₱1,000 Petron E-Fuel Card and ₱1,000 + ₱500 Sodexo Gift Certificate 

5. Personal claiming is required. If the member cannot personally claim their freebie, a duly authorized representative may claim from a PSSLAI Branches, Satellite Offices, or Account Representatives on their behalf upon submission of: 

   1. Original and signed authorization letter by the borrower 

   2. Photocopy of the member’s PSSLAI ID or valid government ID 

   3. Photocopy of the representative’s valid ID 

6. Failure to claim within thirty (30) days from availment will result in the forfeiture of the freebies in favor of PSSLAI. 

7. By joining the promo, members authorize PSSLAI to disclose and publish their name and relevant details on PSSLAI’s website and official social media pages.
