Para magkaroon ng dagdag na pagkakakitaan ang ating mga PSSLAI Members, nakipag-partner ang PSSLAI sa LTFRB para mas maging mabilis at madali ang TNVS franchise applications.

Paano ang PSSLAI Puhunan Program?

STEP 1 – Member applies for a loan at PSSLAI to avail the Puhunan Program with complete requirements.

STEP 2 – PSSLAI reviews applications. Once application is complete, PSSLAI will endorse the application to LTFRB.

STEP 3 – LTFRB reviews the application and endorses to LTO and TNC.

STEP 4 – Member will be notified if application is approved.

STEP 5 – Member can now start his/her TNVS business.

For PSSLAI Vehicle Loan​

  • Loan Application Form​
  • Valid ID​
  • Comprehensive Insurance requirements (optional c/o PSSLAI accredited insurance partner)​

For LTFRB Provisional Authority (180 days validity)​

  • Application Form​ (DOWNLOAD HERE)
  • Valid ID​
  • OR-CR (must be named to the TNVS Franchise Applicant)​
  • Passenger Insurance Policy (c/o LTFRB accredited insurance partner)​

For LTFRB Formal Offer of Evidence (c/o PSSLAI Legal) ​

  • Affidavit of Publication (c/o LTFRB)​
  • Special Power of Attorney (c/o PSSLAI Legal)​
  • OR-CR (must be named to the TNVS Franchise Applicant)​
  • Passenger Insurance Policy (c/o LTFRB accredited insurance partner)​
  • Proof of Garage
    1. can be Barangay Certificate, Land Title (for owners), or Lease Contract (for renters) 
  • Photo of Garage
    1. Applicant should submit 5R sized photos of the unit parked in the garage
      1. Photos should capture all sides of the vehicle (front, both sides, and back)
    2. Newspaper dated on the day photo is taken should appear on the photo

1. Magkano ang fees / total loan amount?​

  1. LTFRB: P55,000​
  2. Comprehensive Insurance: Depend sa inyong vehicle unit​
  3. TNVS Permit Fee: P15,000​
  4. Vehicle: depends on selected unit/dealer​
  5. Lahat ay kasama sa computation ng total loan amount sa PSSLAI

2. Pwede ba mag pa process sa LTFRB kahit hindi mag avail ng PSSLAI Vehicle Loan?

Pwede! Ang kailangan niyo na lang i-loan mula sa PSSLAI ay ang payment para sa LTFRB Franchise fees, TNC, at Insurance (optional).  

3. Pwede ba ang 2-wheel vehicle / motorcycle sa program na ito?

Hindi. Sa ngayon, exclusive for 4-wheel vehicles (example: sedan, AUV, SUV) pa lamang ang kasali sa PSSLAI Puhunan Program: TNVS Edition.  

4. Ilang years na dapat na release ang aking kotse para makapag apply sa LTFRB?

Ang kotse ay dapat na release ng hanggang 2 years before the date of application.

5. Gaano katagal ang processing?​

  1. PSSLAI Vehicle Loan: 1-2 days​
  2. Vehicle Release: 1-2 days, depending on dealer​
  3. OR-CR: 1-2 weeks, depending on LTO

After OR-CR release​

  1. Insurance: 1 day; will come after OR-CR release​
  2. TNC: depending on TNC​
  3. Provisional Authority: 2-3 weeks, depending on LTFRB​
  4. Certificate of Public Convenience: 2-3 weeks, depending on LTFRB

6. Ano-ano ang requirements na kailangang ihanda ni Member?​

  1. Valid ID (photocopy)​
  2. Application Form (original)​
  3. Proof of Garage – can be Barangay Certificate (original); or photocopy of Land Title (for owners) or Lease Contract (for renters) + 5R photo of garage space
  4. OR-CR (once available)
