Eligibility

  • Open to PSSLAI members aged 18 to 65 years. 

  • Members must be capable of performing daily activities. 

  • Members with pre-existing conditions are fully covered, provided they are not bedridden at the time of enrollment (subject to limitations and exclusions).

          i. If existing members: no additional documentation is required.
          ii. If non- members: not allowed to be enrolled and be re-enrolled in the program.

The spouse and children of deceased regular members can be enrolled as principal enrollees if the member who endorsed them is deceased, as long as they use a qualified loan under the Libreng Healthcare Promo, wherein their Healthcare Coverage is FREE.
