The Corporate Governance Committee is now accepting applications for trustee for the upcoming Annual General Membership Meeting and Elections from December 15, 2025 until December 19,2025, 4:00 PM (business hours only).

Please submit four (4) copies of the following, enclosed in sealed long brown envelope:

1. Letter of Intent;

2. Accomplished Information Sheet (DOWNLOAD HERE),

3. Copy of ICD Membership Certificate or its equivalent; and

4. Other documents to prove that the applicant possesses all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications for a trustee, as follows:

1. Must be a member in good standing with the Association for at least five (5) years.
2. Must have relevant knowledge, experience, skills, and capabilities necessary for the position of a trustee of the Association. He must be able to devote sufficient time to carry out his responsibilities and, considering his fiduciary duties, he must be a person of integrity and credibility.
3. Must have completed the Professional Directors Program or its equivalent.
4. Independent trustees preferably should have background and relevant experience in finance, information technology, audit and/or risk management.
5. Such other qualifications as may be prescribed by pertinent laws and regulations for trustees of non-stock savings and loan associations.

Applications may be filed via the designated drop box located at the PSSLAI Corporate Office, or via courier service addressed to PSSLAI Corporate Office, 524 EDSA Cubao, Quezon City (Attention: Corporate Governance Committee Secretariat) which must be received on or before 4:00 PM of December 19, 2025.
