Notice is hereby given that the 23rd PSSLAI ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING AND ELECTIONS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES will be held on January 17, 2026, 9:00 a.m. at the Social Hall, 12th Floor, PSSLAI Corporate Office, 524 EDSA Cubao, Quezon City with the following agenda:

1.    Opening of the Meeting by the Chairman
2.    Proof of Due Notice of the Meeting
3.    Proof of Presence of Quorum by the Secretary
4.    Approval of Agenda
5.    Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting
6.    President’s Report on 2025 Operations
7.    Audit Committee Report
8.    Ratification of the Acts of the Board and Management
9.    Election of the Board of Trustees
10.    Other Matters 
11.    Adjournment

Attendance and participation may be in person or via online or via Proxy.
For those opting for online participation, they must comply with the following:
1.    Members must have a reliable internet connection, laptop with microphone and camera or mobile phone with camera.
2.    Members must pre-register by accomplishing the Registration Form and sending it via email to corsec@psslai.com at least seven (7) days before the meeting. (downloadable from the PSSLAI website)
3.    The Office of the Corporate Secretary shall send the link to those who timely registered.
4.    On the date of the meeting, members must log in to their accounts and join the link provided at least 30 minutes before the meeting.

The following are the requirements and procedure for nomination and election of trustees:
1.    Each member shall have the right to nominate a trustee who possesses the qualifications under the Revised Corporation Code, SEC and BSP Rules and Regulations and none of the disqualifications under the same Code and Rules.
2.    Only regular members are entitled to vote.
3.    The election shall be conducted by a Committee on Election composed of three (3) members.
4.    Voting shall be by secret ballot or viva voce.

If you are unable to attend but would like to be represented by a PROXY, please accomplish the Proxy Form and submit to the Corporate Secretary thru email corsec@psslai.com at least seven (7) days before the date of the meeting. Proxy forms not submitted on time will not be honored.
