Simple Steps to Keep Your Information Safe

While PSSLAI works tirelessly to strengthen its cybersecurity measures, members must also take steps to safeguard their information. Follow these best practices:

  1. DO NOT SHARE your personal or account information, including your PSSLAI Bilis account username, password, member number, PSSLAI VISA Card PIN, OTP, or iTRACK PIN. Memorize these details instead.

  2. KEEP YOUR MEMBER DETAILS CONFIDENTIAL. Avoid sharing or posting your ID cards or personal documents on social media, as these can lead to identity theft or unauthorized access to your accounts.

  3. AVOID USING PUBLIC WIFI for transactions, as it provides an unsecured connection that can compromise your data.

  4. VERIFY OFFICIAL CHANNELS. Always double-check the email addresses, mobile numbers, and social media accounts of anyone claiming to represent PSSLAI or your bank.

  5. NEVER GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT INFO to unauthorized individuals or unofficial channels. PSSLAI will only request personal information through official representatives and for valid purposes.

As technology continues to evolve, it’s up to all of us to remain vigilant. By following these simple steps and utilizing PSSLAI’s secure platforms, we can ensure the safety of our personal information while enjoying the benefits of online and mobile services.

Sa PSSLAI, panatilihin nating ligtas ang isa’t isa, online man o offline!
