Good Deed Awards
Upang bigyang parangal ang ating mga miyembro sa Public Safety Sector mula sa Philippine National Police (PNP) at Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) na nagpakita ng kahusayan hindi lamang sa kanilang sinumpaang tungkulin pati na rin sa kanilang dedikasyon upang magsilbi sa komunidad ng mga Pilipino, inilunsad ng PSSLAI ang Good Deeds Project.
Sa proyektong ito, layunin ng PSSLAI na magbigay inspirasyon sa ibang kalalakihan at kababaihan sa serbisyo na gumawa ng pagbabago at maging simula upang magsilbi at protektahan ang komunidad sa labas ng kanilang tungkulin bilang mga pulis o bumbero.

1. Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay - San Roque, Northern Samar
In recognition of the enduring spirit of bayanihan and community solidarity demonstrated by the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay of San Roque, Northern Samar, who transformed the dilapidated shanty of Lolo Ricardo Montanio, aged 81, and Lola Maria Aguilando Montanio, aged 80, into a symbol of hope and renewal. Through collective effort and unwavering dedication, their home was renovated from salvaged tin cans to a sturdy abode, embodying the true essence of Filipino unity and compassion.
2. PMAJ VICENTE P TARIAO JR - Chief, Regional Civil Security Unit 4 -Security Agency and Guard Section
For his remarkable initiative in uplifting the skills of security guards across the Calabarzon region through organizing a comprehensive series of formal lectures, and his compassionate gestures in providing each officer with a pair of shoes, totaling 470 over the past two years. PMAJ Tariao's actions embody a profound commitment which demonstrates both compassion and dedication to fostering a safer community in Calabarzon.
3. PSSG QUEENNILIE L. OBONGEN - Women and Children Protection Desk PNCO, Trento Municipal Police Station, Agusan Del Sur
For exemplifying extraordinary kindness and humanity on January 9, 2024, by cradling and breastfeeding a crying baby while the mother awaited her police clearance. PSSG Obongen provided comfort and nourishment to the infant, demonstrating the nurturing essence ingrained in her role as a community protector. Her remarkable empathy reminds us that police officers are not just enforcers of the law but everyday heroes capable of profoundly touching lives in unexpected ways.
