Member Service Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
The Member Service Assistant is primarily responsible for the marketing initiatives within their assigned region and help meets the Association’s set target for the year. The MSA is also responsible for the screening and evaluation of all membership and loan applications received in their assigned region, which includes but are not limited to assessment of loan/membership applications, submitted documents and others. The MSA also promotes and advises PSSLAI members on the products and services offered by the Association as well as handle all customer inquiries and ensure that the services provided by the Association is efficiently delivered to all concerned.

Teller (Head Office)
The Teller is responsible for accurate and efficient processing and recording of routine transactions for PSSLAI members including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers. She also promotes and advises PSSLAI members on the Association's products and services.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
• Skills for upselling and recommending products is a plus.

Graphic Artist
The graphic designer/creative artist will be responsible for creating and conceptualizing visually compelling marketing materials, including but not limited to, digital and print content, social media assets, promotional content, branding elements, ATL/BTL/OOH ad material, and the likes.
He will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and timely delivery of design projects.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multi-media, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 yrs. experienced in graphic design, preferably in an advertising, or marketing environment, or financial institution.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• With strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic copywriting is a plus.

IT Audit Assistant
The IT Audit Assistant is responsible for reviewing and assessing PSSLAI's financials, processes, controls and practices, as well as related procedures according to the yearly audit plans to provide the Head of the Audit Department objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the Association's operations. The internal auditor shall perform management, information systems and technologies, financial and security audits in all locations of the Association to review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Internal Audit, Accounting Technology, Financial Accounting or any related field
With recognized professional designation, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is a plus.
With work experience using IT internal audit methodologies, with sufficient knowledge of IT environment and controls.

Contact Center Coordinator
The Contact Center Coordinator shall be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, emails and text messages from the members and agents of the association in loan assessments. The position is also responsible for the handling of Field Agents of Non-Voice Support, Text Blast and outbound calls in a timely manner. They also promote and advise PSSLAI members on the products and services offered by the Association as well as handle all customer loan related inquiries and ensure that the products and services provided by the Association is efficiently delivered to all concerned.
