Member Service Assistant
JOB SUMMARY

Contact Center Coordinator
The Contact Center Coordinator shall be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, emails and text messages from the members and agents of the association in loan assessments. The position is also responsible for the handling of Field Agents of Non-Voice Support, Text Blast and outbound calls in a timely manner. They also promote and advise PSSLAI members on the products and services offered by the Association as well as handle all customer loan related inquiries and ensure that the products and services provided by the Association is efficiently delivered to all concerned.

IT Audit Assistant
The IT Audit Assistant is responsible for reviewing and assessing PSSLAI's financials, processes, controls and practices, as well as related procedures according to the yearly audit plans to provide the Head of the Audit Department objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the Association's operations. The internal auditor shall perform management, information systems and technologies, financial and security audits in all locations of the Association to review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Internal Audit, Accounting Technology, Financial Accounting or any related field
With recognized professional designation, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is a plus.

Technical Support Engineer (Server/Network/System)
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for the first‑line support for end‑users across PSSLAI’s desktop and business systems related to server, network and systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows PCs, Microsoft Office/O365, IP telephony, wireless networking, printers, scanners, displays, OS patching and imaging, antivirus, and basic Active Directory account management.
This role ensures timely resolution of incidents, accurate escalation, and adherence to service level agreements while maintaining system uptime and user satisfaction.

• 1–3 years’ experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role

The Database Engineer is responsible for the administration, monitoring, tuning, and maintenance of PSSLAI’s mission-critical databases. This role ensures database performance, availability, data integrity, and security, while supporting business operations and development teams.

Service Delivery Lead
The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and enhancement initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and service level agreements (SLAs). Network Engineer
Network Engineer is responsible to design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient network systems, including LAN/WAN, cloud, and wireless solutions. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP), hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access point), cloud infrastructure, and software tools for network management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently and effectively, and provide recommendations for network improvement
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Deskside Support Engineer
The Deskside Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance to end users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues. The role also supports endpoint backup, recovery operations, and basic infrastructure troubleshooting to ensure system availability and data integrity across PSSLAI offices.
