PROCESS:
1. Fill out all required forms.
2. Prepare and produce all necessary requirements.
3. Submit all forms and requirements to the nearest PSSLAI office.
4. Wait for your screening/interview schedule. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have sales experience or training.
2. Preferably a resident of the area, familiar with the area of responsibility, and knows the local dialect of the assigned area.
3. Of proven integrity and good moral character.
4. Has no existing contract of agreement with other lending institutions.
5. Has no relative within the second degree of affinity or consanguinity with any incumbent trustee, officer or employee of PSSLAI.
6. Has not been previously:
(1) engaged as an individual agent or sales representative cited by the Bangko Sentral for acting beyond the scope of authority or performing prohibited activities as set forth in this Section: or
(2) an employee of an NSSLA whose citation for conducting business in an unsafe or unsound manner or performing acts or practices considered prejudicial to the interest of members, is directly attributed to such employee.

4. Contract of Agency* (signed with date each page)
5. Loan Referral Registration Form*
