For Non-Members (PNP and BFP personnel, active and retired)

Kindly access this link https://membership-onboarding.psslai.com to start your PSSLAI Digital Membership Onboarding 

1. Provide membership details
2. Completely fill out the Membership Application Form (e-Form)
3. Complete the ID Verification - follow the on-screen instructions 
4. Complete the Facial Liveness Check
5. Once completed, visit any PSSLAI office to pay your membership fee and initial Capital Contribution deposit, and complete your fingerprint registration. 

Not comfortable doing this online? Visit any PSSLAI office and our staff will assist you, from start to finish. 

Reminders:

1. Make sure to prepare (1) one government issued ID with picture.
2. For successful Facial Liveness Verification:
   1. Ensure that you are in a well-lit area
   2. Remove any items that may cover your face
   3. Keep your face within the frame
   4. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully
