How To Verify Identity Online?

• Existing PSSLAI Regular and Associate Members should access this link https://identity-verification.psslai.com

1. Fill-out all necessary fields
2. Make sure the information provided matches your existing PSSLAI membership records.
3. Complete the Facial Liveliness Verification
4. Complete the ID Verification - follow the on-screen instructions and prepare (1) one valid government-issued ID with picture.

How To Enroll My Biometrics?

After successfully completing the required Online Identity Verification, visit any nearest PSSLAI office and enroll your biometrics through a tablet.

1. Select 'Existing Member' and Enter your Member Number and Member ID PIN
2. You will be directed to the Fingerprint Enrollment Page
3. Follow the instructions to capture your fingerprints on the scanner
