(Code: CSA-RELIEVER) Customer Service – Reliever


The Customer Service Assistant – Relievers (CSA-Relievers) performs the same functions as that of a CSA-Region but has not permanent assigned region.  The CSA-Reliever is primarily responsible for performing the duties of a CSA-Region who will be on an indefinite or extended leave so as to provide continuous service to members of the region.

 Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics

  • Bachelors/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 years work experience specializing in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Financial Services or equivalent
  • Self starter and Hardworking
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Must have an excellent sales and market analytical skills
  • With Good oral & written communication skills
  • Diligent, honest, meticulous and organized
  • Must have a strong personality and proven leadership skills
  • Willing to travel heavily within the assigned area of responsibility
