(Code: CSA-RELIEVER) Customer Service – Reliever
The Customer Service Assistant – Relievers (CSA-Relievers) performs the same functions as that of a CSA-Region but has not permanent assigned region. The CSA-Reliever is primarily responsible for performing the duties of a CSA-Region who will be on an indefinite or extended leave so as to provide continuous service to members of the region.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
- Bachelors/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years work experience specializing in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Financial Services or equivalent
- Self starter and Hardworking
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Must have an excellent sales and market analytical skills
- With Good oral & written communication skills
- Diligent, honest, meticulous and organized
- Must have a strong personality and proven leadership skills
- Willing to travel heavily within the assigned area of responsibility
