The PSSLAI is a non-stock, non-profit savings and loan association for the PNP that began its operations on July 1, 2003. Its main objective is to provide our PNP personnel, uniformed and non-uniformed, investment opportunities and immediate access to funds and help them cope with the rising needs of daily living.

There are two types namely:

Loan Privileges


PSSLAI offers three types of loans:

  1. SALARY LOANS
    2. Gross Pay x 13 mos = total loanable amount
  2. PENSION LOANS
    3. Maximum of Php300,000 depending on the monthly pension of the retiree
  3. BACK TO BACK LOANS
    4. Maximum of 70% of member's capital contribution
  4. BUY-OUT LOANS

  • VERY AFFORDABLE
  • VERY LOW INTEREST RATE
  • PAYABLE THROUGH SALARY DEDUCTION or THROUGH RETIREE'S PENSION CHECK
  • LOANS ARE INSURED
  • THE ONLY ASSOCIATION THAT USES THE STRAIGHT LINE METHOD (not diminishing balance rate)
