Compliance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with the provisions and requirements of the Operations Manual
- Appear before the Commission or any regulatory body upon summons on similar matters that need to be clarified
- Determine violations of the Operations Manual and recommend penalties for violations thereof for further review and approval of the Board
- Issue a certification regarding the extent of the Association’s compliance with the Manual for the completed year, explaining reasons, if any, for the latter’s deviation of the same
- Identify, monitor, and control compliance risks
- Frequently coordinate with the Management on issues related to compliance matters in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Male or female not more than 35 years of age
- Candidate must be Certified Public Accountant
- With Law background or paralegal qualifications preferred
- Minimum of ten years working experience at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the industry
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Good problem solving, questioning and investigative skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Legal research and writing experience preferred
- Must be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment effectively
- Must possess a high degree of ethics and integrity, and be willing to adhere to company policies and procedures.

Marketing Staff (Rank and File)
Job Summary: The Marketing Department Staff shall assist the Marketing Department Head in the performance of his/her duties.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate with a degree in Marketing or any Business related course
- With relevant Marketing or Sales experience from any institution is an advantage
- Single and not to exceed 30 years of age
- Knowledgeable in preparing sales report and can conduct company/product presentation
- Computer Literate
- Good command of oral and written English
- Must be flexible and can easily adapt to extreme working condition
- Team player
- Of good moral character and with a proven record of honesty, integrity and objectivity
- A person with a pleasing personality
