The PSSLAI is a non-stock, non-profit savings and loan association for the PNP that began its operations on July 1, 2003. Its main objective is to provide our PNP personnel, uniformed and non-uniformed, investment opportunities and immediate access to funds and help them cope with the rising needs of daily living.

PSSLAI Membership

There are two types of membership namely:

1) Regular Members

  • Members of the Philippine National Police, uniformed or non-uniformed, in active service/retired or honorably separated;
  • Soon to be Accepted
    Bureau of Fire Protection and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, uniformed or non-uniformed, in active service/retired or honorably separated
  • PC/INP Retirees
2) Associate Members - Immediate family members up to 2nd degree of consanguinity.
  • Immediate families or regular members up to the second degree of consanguinity only and must be endorsed by the principal;
  • Regular Employees of NAPOLCOM, PPSC, and PSSLAI



How To Become A Member

1. Fill up membership form and signature cards, then attach the following:

  • Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs
  • Three (3) ID pictures
  • Photocopy of most recent payslip (active PNP)
  • Retirement Order (for retiree)
2. Pay the one time processing fee of Php100, and Php150 for the PSSLAI Identification Card.

3. Deposit the minimum non-withdrawable Capital Contribution of Php1000.


CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be accumulated by:

  • Depositing the full CAPCON and be entitled to dividends on the next cut-off date.
  • Pay the Php200 initially to secure the passbook and then accomplish the authority to deduct form (Acquire this from our office FREE of charge) for the remaining balance of Php800.
